							Many forest owners could run into costly penalties for innocent mistakes in their carbon returns, a consultant is warning.
							
					Ollie Belton, of Carbon Forest Services, says that the complexity of the system and difficulties in accurately measuring forests could potentially cost forest owners a lot of money.
