New carbon measurement regime for large forests

Owners of large forests are about to shift to a compulsory personalised carbon measurement system.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry says that the new field measurement approach, replacing the look-up tables, will be mandatory for all owners with 100ha or more of either ETS or PFSI forests from later this year.
