Already well-off dairy farmers could get a 30 per cent profit boost from the ETS, according to an apparently prematurely released Government report.
The forecast is contained in a 16-page Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry document on the impact of the ETS at farm level, accessible on the MAF website - to the surprise of Federated Farmers.
