Emissions plan good news for NZ shipping companies

Good news is at hand for New Zealand domestic shipping companies facing competition from foreign vessels not subject to the emissions trading scheme.
The United Nations' International Maritime Organisation will today consider plans for a special scheme to cover the global shipping industry.
