Canadians woo our farmers with cash-for-carbon deal

A company that has already distributed more than $7 million to Canadian farming families through soil carbon credits now wants to do the same for New Zealand farmers.
Emission Credits International Corporation. which has just announced it is listing voluntary carbon credits on the New Zealand-based TZ1 Registry, says that under a market-based approach to soil carbon, farmers can earn money while tackling climate change.
