The Government’s decision to repeal the obligation placed on oil companies to sell a certain proportion of biofuel has polarised opinion in the biofuel sector.
Speaking to Carbon News soon after Energy Minister Gerry Brownlee’s announcement, Biofuel Association of New Zealand executive officer Brian Cox said the decision was very disappointing.
