Scientists back soil sequestration

SOIL sequestration could remove billions of tonnes of carbon dioxide a year from the atmosphere, scientists say.
New Zealand company Calm the Farm is working with farmers to prepare them for the possibility of trading in soil-carbon credits by helping them to measure and monitor changes in the amount of carbon stored in their soils.
