City-centre green village signs Telecom as anchor tenant

Telecom has become the anchor tenant of Wellington’s Willis Central scheme, confirming the designer's claim that it will be the nation’s first genuine Green inner-city mixed-use development.
Ian Cassels, founder of the capital’s The Wellington Company, acquired land and buildings in Lower Willis Street with the intention of proving that by mixing commercial and residential occupancy, it is possible for New Zealanders to live without cars.
