Govt gives Foodstuffs $1m for green vehicles

FOOD GIANT Foodstuffs is to get more than a million dollars of public money as part of a drive towards low-emissions vehicles.
The funding is part of an $11 million package announced by energy minister Megan Woods this morning, subsidising electric-vehicle charging stations, the introduction of heavy vehicles powered by electricity and the development of hydrogen-powered vehicles.
