Airlines' offsetting doesn't add up, says Consumer NZ

CARBON OFFSETTING by the two major domestic airlines operating in New Zealand doesn’t fully reflect carbon emissions caused by air travel, says Consumer New Zealand.
The organisation compared voluntary off-setting programmes offered by the two airlines and specialist organisations Enviro-mark Solutions and Ekos, and found that the programmes offered by the latter two came out ahead.
