No local biofuel under proposed law - manufacturers

Local production of biofuels will be halted by changes to the Biofuels Bill, which came back into Parliament yesterday, say manufacturers.
The Biofuels Manufacturers’ Association says it is bitterly disappointed that the environment select committee has deferred tackling the issue of the preferential tax-status of imported ethanol fuel.
