When Kiwibank wanted to know how to move beyond the first stage of being a sustainable business, it asked a bunch of 10-year-olds.

“Ten is a great age,” the bank’s chief operating officer, Nick Astwick, told a workshop at last week’s Project NZ conference in Auckland.
