Europe a turn-off for our forest owners

New Zealand’s carbon trading future probably lies with Australia, Japan and parts of the United States and Canada, and not with Europe, says the chief executive of the Forest Owners' Association.
David Rhodes, who will be part of the official New Zealand delegation at the COP 17 international climate change negotiations starting in Durban next week, says that forest owners want to see strong international links that will allow them to sell credits overseas.
