Kiwi climate system takes Manhatten

Climate change modelling software developed in Hamilton is taking on the world, but it has taken winning a contract in New York City for New Zealand to sit up and take notice.
CLIMsystems managing director Dr Peter Urich told Carbon News that the company’s SimCLIM software, which models the effects of climate change, was the key factor in winning the contract to develop a climate change management plan for New York City.
