Chauvel: We'll help National fix the mess

National needs to fix the mess that it has made of climate change policy and Labour is willing to help, Labour Climate Change spokesperson Charles Chauvel says.
“Nick Smith’s latest excuse for delaying the Emissions Trading Scheme is waffle about the supposed benefits of harmonisation with Australia," Chauvel said in a media statement.
