Wraps off sequestration prototype

The wraps are at last about to come off state-owned collier Solid Energy’s much-vaunted investment in carbon dioxide underground sequestration research.
On April 2 the Co-operative Research Centre for Greenhouse Gas Technologies (CO2CR) in Victoria, Australia, in which Solid Energy is a partner, will give politicians and the media a demonstration of the injection and storage of carbon dioxide in the deep sub-surface at the co-operative’s Otway project research site at Niranda South.
