Energy producers cut CO2 emissions

CARBON DIOXIDE emissions from energy production in the developed world has finally fallen to the level it was at in 1990, the Kyoto Protocol baseline year.
New data from the International Energy Agency shows that last year, energy production in advanced economies was responsible for 11.3 gigatonnes of carbon dioxide emissions.
