New power group takes aim at finance system

KEY COMPANIES and government officials are joining forces to prepare New Zealand’s financial system for the low-carbon economy.
A group called the Aotearoa Circle has been launched “in pursuit of sustainable prosperity” and to reverse the decline in the country’s natural resources – and it’s got the finance sector in its sights.
