CLIMATE CHANGE could affect labour productivity – at least in the wine industry, new research suggests.
A paper published in the journal Temperature examining labour output and productivity of manual agricultural grape-pickers working in Cyprus’ wine industry found that slight temperature increases caused by global warming could lead to labour, productivity and economic losses.
