UK companies better to stay with European ETS

AN INTERNATIONAL carbon trading organisation says British companies should stay in the European Emissions Trading Scheme until at least 2020, despite Brexit.

The International Emissions Trading Association has written to Europe’s chief Brexit negotiator, Michel Barnier, calling for agreement that UK companies should remain in the ETS for now.
