Letter to the editor: 'Carbon dioxide pollution'

Noting your story this morning (June 17) about CO2 emissions in China, I can
assume, therefore, that no one at Carbon News drinks champagne, or other sparkling wines, beer or fizzy drinks, because their bubbles are CO2, and you wouldn't want to be caught drinking a "pollutant" would you?
People who use the term "pollution" instead of "emission" when referring to CO2 reveal not just their scientific ignorance but also their biases.
