IT'S PARIS DAY – the day the Paris Agreement comes into force.

EDITORIAL COMMENT

The international climate treaty, negotiated in Paris in December last year,  has broken speed records by getting signed, ratified and into force in less than a year, leaving officials who are supposed to sort out the details of the agreement scrambling to catch up.
