Leadership is what we need, say scientists

New Zealand lacks the leadership to achieve the 40 per cent cut in greenhouse gas emissions it needs to make by 2030, the country’s top scientists are warning.
In a submission to the Government on what reduction target New Zealand should be taking to climate change talks in Paris in December, the Royal Society of New Zealand says that the country is falling behind its trading partners.
