Nats could be punished, say environment groups

Environment groups are warning the National Party that it could be punished at the ballot box for failing to take decisive action on climate change.
Cath Wallace, spokesperson for the umbrella group Eco which represents tens of thousands of people in 65 groups, says that concern about climate change is now spread across the community, and any party perceived as failing to take action risked angering the electorate.
