Companies call for politicians to get serious about sustainability

Companies representing a quarter of the New Zealand economy are calling on all political parties to make a long-term commitment to sustainable business.
The Sustainable Business Council – which counts Fonterra, Air New Zealand, Shell NZ, Downer, and Siemens among its members – has issued an election manifesto in which it calls on government to create the framework on which businesses can build.
