Offsets flow from China, Ukraine and Russia

China, the Ukraine and Russia continue to be the major source of offsets entering the European Emissions Trading Scheme, latest figures show.
Just 0.04 per cent of offsets came from projects in what are known as the Least Developed Countries - despite eligibility criteria supposed to encourage investment in these countries.
