Climate laws cover nearly 90% of carbon pollution

By ED KING .-More than 60 countries responsible for 88 per cent of global greenhouse gas emissions now have legislation aimed at cutting carbon pollution and promoting green growth.
The finding is part of a new study by the London-based NGO Globe International, which the UN says is the most comprehensive analysis to date of the reach and depth of national climate change laws around the world.
