Why Australian bushfires will get worse .. and worse

The risk of bushfires in Australia will increase as the climate is influenced by both the frequency and intensity of extreme hot days, as well as prolonged periods of low rainfall, says Climate Council chief Professor Tim Flannery.
Flannery says that while Australia has always experienced bushfires, climate change is increasing the probability of extreme fire weather days.
