We're talking ETS with Australia and Korea

New Zealand has had discussions with Australia and Korea on the theoretical requirements involved in linking emissions trading schemes.
A spokesperson for Climate Change Minister Tim Groser told Carbon News that this country is talking to several of it neighbours about co-operating on carbon , especially Australia and Korea.
