The Government expects to have its changes to the Emissions Trading Scheme through the select committee and back into Parliament by October 17.
Climate Change Minister Tim Groser announced the report-back date yesterday during the first reading of the Climate Change Response (Emissions Trading and Other Matters) Amendment Bill.
