Climate drives security fears in Arctic

Ways must be found to head off potential conflicts in the Arctic as climate change reshapes the geopolitics of the area, says a new report.
The report, by the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), examines a recent spate of Arctic-related announcements and actions by circumpolar states, including the United States, Canada, Russia and several European countries.
