CERS lower after EU vote

The main focus for the carbon markets this week was the much-heralded European vote to signal support for the option of withholding some European Unit Allowances (EUAs) from the European ETS, Westpac reports.
Market sentiment had been positive ahead of the vote, on the expectation that carbon prices would continue to rally on any further indications that European carbon supply would be withheld.
