Countries group to fight airlines action

Officials from 29 countries have met in Moscow to try to put pressure on the European Union to abandon a law which requires international airlines to pay for carbon emissions.
The nations, which include the United States, Russia, China and India, agreed to adopt measures permitting countries to choose the actions they find most effective, to counteract the EU's Emissions Trading Scheme.
