The results from the Durban conference on climate change have been hailed as a breakthrough for climate negotiations - and derided as a step back in Kyoto goals.
Although there have been mixed signals from various sources as to the long-term success of this conference, it does seem to have secured the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme into the future.
