Gas credits ban might catch some emitters

Some emitters are likely to be caught holding carbon credits that cannot be used in the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme.
The Government is moving to ban industrial gas CERs from the scheme from either next year or 2013, which will mean they cannot be used to cover liable greenhouse gas emissions.
