Major changes unlikely, says ETS review head

The Emissions Trading Scheme review panel is unlikely to change its recommendations substantially in light of Australia’s carbon pricing moves.
This morning, Climate Change Minister Nick Smith announced that he is asking the panel to have another look at its report on the New Zealand scheme in the wake of Australia unveiling its plans for a carbon tax and ETS.
