Emissions fall as coal goes out of fashion

Australia’s greenhouse gas emissions are falling as the country turns away from using coal to generate electricity.
Latest figures show that in the September quarter last year, seasonally adjusted emissions fell by 0.5 per cent on the same time the previous year.
