Poor leadership means NZ's a climate change flop

New Zealand’s performance on climate change has been given a fail mark – and the blame is being laid at the feet of our political and business leaders who "continue to live high-emission lifestyles".
The think-tank The New Zealand Institute has just issued an update of its NZ Ahead report card, which measures our performance on a range of economic, social and environmental indicators, and its boss says that the ordinary people of New Zealand are going to have to show the vision our leaders lack.
