Stern: It's out there if you want it

Lord Nicholas Stern has told New Zealanders that the future could be bright – if we are willing to do what’s needed to get our greenhouse gas emissions under control.
In talks to the business, political and academic communities this week, Stern said that we need a co-ordinated, active approach to take advantage of the international business opportunities of the “new industrial revolution”.
