BUDGET 2010: Billion set aside to kickstart ETS

The Government is putting its money where its mouth is with the emissions trading scheme, setting aside nearly a billion dollars for the cost of implementing it this year.
And the Government's Budget, released yesterday, backs its political statement over recent weeks that it will not delay the implementation of the scheme any further.
