Japan talks joint carbon trading with Korea

Japan will hold talks with South Korea to discuss setting up a joint emissions-trading mechanism.
Environment ministers from Japan, China and South Korea will meet in this weekend, spokesmen for the Japanese and Korean ministries said, while declining to give details.
