Beehive still working through carbon free list

The Government is still working out just which industrial activities will qualify for free carbon credits under the emissions trading scheme.
The first wave of emitters is due to enter the scheme in July, but some with international competitors which are not yet subject to a price on carbon will be given free credits to help them to adjust to the new regime.
