The government’s climate change amendment bill is controversial, possibly unconstitutional, and sets a dangerous precedent, says constitutional law expert Professor Noel Cox.
Carbon News last week reported that constitutional lawyers are asking questions about the process that the Government is using to get the Climate Change (Moderated Emissions Trading) Amendment Bill into law.
