Oral submissions on changes to the emissions trading scheme will go ahead this afternoon, despite a lack of notice.
Green Party co-leader Russel Norman has just told Carbon News that while many MPs are concerned about the way in which the Government was “ramming” changes to the scheme through, they’ve got no choice but to agree to the timetable.
