Cash will pour into US coffers from proposed Lieberman-Warner emissions trading bill
US officials have just released a new report estimating emission trading there will increase Government revenues by about $1.21 trillion over the 2009-2018 period.
While Carbon News reported the New Zealand Treasury says it has done no work on the potential long-term revenue windfall to Government from selling its emission credits, the Congressional Budget Office published its latest report Saturday New Zealand time.
