Labour grizzles as ETS changes go through House

National’s changes to the emissions trading scheme moved a step closer yesterday amid threats that a Labour Government would throw them out again.
The Government’s Climate Change Response (Moderated Emissions Trading) Amendment Bill passed through its first reading in Parliament yesterday and has been sent to the finance and expenditure select committee.
