Talks over the future of the emissions trading scheme are on again, with Labour sending strong signals that it feels in the driving seat.
The Labour Party is the Government’s best bet for getting the support it needs to amend the current ETS – something it is very keen to do before it has to front up at international climate change talks in Copenhagen in December.
