Splitting New Zealand’s domestic emissions reduction target is on the table in talks between Labour and National for an emissions trading scheme deal.
On Tuesday, Carbon News reported that the idea of splitting New Zealand’s 2020 target between carbon and the agricultural gases methane and nitrous oxide was gaining ground.
