Aust firms not ready for carbon scheme, says survey

Australian businesses are mostly not prepared for the federal government's planned domestic carbon trading scheme, due to start in mid-2011, a new survey shows.
The survey, by PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia, found only around 24 per cent of firms surveyed are "comprehensively prepared" for the introduction of the carbon pollution reduction plan, while around 23 per cent have done nothing to prepare.
