New Zealand needs to invest in economic analysis if it is to keep up with climate change research being done offshore, says one of our leading climate scientists.
Professor Martin Manning says New Zealand has only a few individuals working with simple models and the country is not keeping up with sophisticated economic analysis being done internationally.
